Same happens every year, girls unprofessionally squabble among themselves in front of customers.
Remember how Karen berated them last year?
You would think that they would watch previous series and learn, but no.

Yeah I couldn't believe how small a deal they made of that. He just did it, like it was the most normal thing in the world.

The point was, that is a normal thing for young men in that part of the World.

Spoiler:
Show
Absolutely the right decision today.

Dean was poor again- he wasn't a good sub team leader and he did walk away from £100 or so of sales, but that was the maximum the customer said she would pay. To win, Dean would have had to negotiate about £2.50 per lolly I believe, and there was zero chance of her paying that.

Dean's brief to the design team was poor but the absolute key word was premium- which was the one the PM decided to ignore.

He wants to run an ice cream company with Lord Sugar, and the best product he could come up with in the brief Dean gave him was a low quality ice cream that looked like a ****. Useless

I agree it was the right decision, but I think the sub-team PM leader should bear some responsibility - missing out key facts (like deadline) and specifying exactly what the client wants. The price negotiation after delivering the ice lollies left a lot to be desired.

I think Thomas did well - selling to the public, he is in his element. Not sure how he will cope with other aspects of the tasks as we progress.

Not sure I would buy any of these ice lollies to eat? Especially the rosemary one >.<

I don't think the public sellers tend to do so well at other aspects. They seem to have a narrow niche.

Completely hate that Mark Ryan bloke - he looks like such a prick lmao. The way he talks makes me think that he thinks he's above everyone else and he's so smug about everything :yucky:

Yeah. I’m surprised at how people are unfamiliar with how different parts of the world have different behavioural norms.

Yes I thought so too, I have a feeling she isn't there for business reasons but to become famous...almost like the next Katie Hopkins (shudder)
