Ground floor front bedroom available to rent at the property 14 Pershore Avenue Selly Park, Birmingham B29 7NP. Is a lovely bright room furnished with a desk, chair, double bed and wardrobe space. The room is available in a house share with three lovely girls all studying at Birmingham City University. Pershore Avenue is located down a quiet road and also has a big park located at the back of the property. Local shops are available such as a Nisa and M&S at a garage. A bus stop is also located at the top of this road. This property is a 20 minute walk from Selly Oak station which takes you straight into Birmingham, This property also has a sharing lounge and kitchen alongside 2 bathrooms. I am currently looking for a a Tennant to take over my contract as I am currently not living here. Bills are separate at a rate of £68.47 a month (normally the 14th of every month) with Split the Bills, rent is paid at the first of every month at £368.33.
