I shower anything between twice a day (in the summer) and every other day. But on the days when I don't take a full shower, I still wash my genitals, armpits and feet.

I change my underwear daily.

I brush my teeth twice a day. I brush my hair several times a day.

1) I shower every other day.
2) How is this even a question... clean underwear EVERY day
3) Brush twice a day, kinda have to otherwise when I put my retainers in at night the taste is vile

1. every other day, unless I sweat a lot, then every day. I wash my hair every other day

2. I change my underwear after every time I shower

1- every other day i use a muslim shower so i dont need to shower every day lol

2-every day except when im on my monthlies, then there's no point cos the pad gets changed and it stays clean
