Just curious to find someone who is at a similar stage to me. A few quick questions (rep available). How much can you:

bench for 6 reps?
BB curl (standing) for 6-10 reps?
Skull crush for 10 reps?

That's pretty strong mate, i can do 6 reps on 43 kg BB standing curl. How lonng was it since you were doing say 1 rep on 80kg on bench?

Can bench 95-100kg 4 times.

dont reli do 1 arm dumbells but i used to do 30 reps of 17kg on my right arm. (bicep curls)

Can do 7 reps of 45kg bicep curl (using the long type dumbell, i dont know the name lol), more of a bar.

lol im currently benching around 65 for 3 sets of 8, dunno what my one rep max would be, probz around 80 ish. my bodyweight is 74k so thats sort of my goal with the bench.

whats the best rep/sets to do for swift strength increase? and should i take protein to compliment my workout?

Glad you mentioned that. I'm 12 stone 5, but hell my bones are thin. My wrists are thin, but with big forearms it looks cool. So for me, 75kg x 3/4 at the moment is not terrible. I'm aiming to bench my own body weight (80kg) by the end of the summer for 6-8 reps.

Bone contracts and moves?

People with high bench numbers: You are benching properly right? My friend says he can bench 100kg, but he doesn't even bring it to his chest.

No, bone gives you more mass to lift with.

You don't lift with bones though.
