I thought I was benching heavily - added up my weights and I'm doing approximately 18KG. Well, I've got a little home gym, and that's nearing the maximum of all my weights, so I'm assuming you people do 80kg at the gym ?

I bench 60kg for 10 reps of 5 sets
Once I can do 12 reps of 4 I'll up to 70kg and do 6x6 to start (which I could probably do now)

I only weigh 66/67 kg though!

I workout at home for most stuff and gym for legs for squat rack.

I have an olympic bar and 100kg worth of plates at home though.

An olympic bar is 20kg on it's own.

Also to OP, wouldn't it be more useful to ask what people squat and deadlift compared to bench considering curls and skullcrushers have so many variables such as the size of your arms for leverage etc.

Owait, you probably don't squat.

I don't want to do deadlifts - sorry I just wanna get a toned upper body and a toned lower body, which can be done via sprinting, lunges and leg curls.

Oh, there's the problem then. My bench set up is relatively small, and I've got tiny weights. I don't see it as a problem, I could probably bench loads if I had the set-up. As for now I just do as many 20kgs as I can.
