Basically when I'm in class and at home revising I understand everything about a topic. But when it comes to the end of topic test I can barely get any questions right. In the last two end of topic tests I have gotten a C and a D. But in lesson and when I revise at home I get every question right. Does anyone know why this happens and how I can fix this issue?

I've been having a similar issue recently it's very annoying isn't it? I've always found that with maths rather than trying to revise notes the best thing to do is to do every past paper question from every exam board you can find for that topic, that way its a lot harder for them to find things to surprise you because you'll have seen it all. It's also particularly useful for class tests cause you might get given questions you've done before hahaha. Go through every class test you do and correct everything, the chances are you'll spot patterns in where you're making mistakes and you'll know to look out for it next time then
