how do i loose weight in around 40/60 days Watch

over 2019 ive gained quite a bit of weight but its gotten really bad to the point my parents are spamming about it

my situation is kind of difficult because i cant afford a gym and i dont like sport, however i can do home workouts

I’ve got 2.5/3cm extra fat (from chest to highest point of my stomach and weight 58kg, i do have a lot of back fat aswell which i find really annoying

I wanna get a *near to* flat stomach with almost no back fat

What diet can i follow + workout plan to achieve this in about 40/60 days (so before xmas)

anything would be appriciated x

Just a good diet and exercise will sort it out. Make it a gradual lifestyle change, anything too sudden and you are likely to put the weight back on afterwards
