Hi, since this course is unique to Cambridge I've moved this thread to the University of Cambridge forum, but I've left a link in the Economics & PPE forum for posterity as well

Another Homerton here! Predicted 43 in IB with 776 in Econ Eng and Math. Was hoping for 44 but school wanted to be safe . Getting my actual results in 3rd January so will study hard to hopefully send a better grade to college to maximize chance

Thank you 90% is awesome too!! That's my current average; we'll see if I manage to live up to my predicted grades. I've got science 12 and maths 5 so idk if that puts me at a disadvantage to others who have chosen social sciences. I'm applying to Pembroke, what about you?

Wow I have some friends taking all three 4-hour sciences and they say it's hard. I have maths 5, economics, physics and lab physics, and I'm applying to St John's. Did you have to take an entrace exam? I had to take the ECAA and from what I've seen online other people found it much easier than I did

Science 12 is not easy, but I don't necessarily regret choosing those subjects; I didn't know what I wanted to study eons ago in S5. All of us applying to Land Ec had to do the TSA and (I think we're in the same boat WilliamLux - people seemed to be getting much higher grades than me in the past TSA exams) but what I was getting was just above average, so it shouldn't necessarily disqualify me from interviews... we'll see. My college will be sending out interview invites from Monday onwards. Btw, I'm sure you did great in your exam sometimes, even the "geniuses" that get 110% in their entrance exams do not get into Cambridge, so don't worry
