When a medication says to take 2 capsules everyday do I take it morning and night or both at the same time

If you were told take 2 capsules a day what would you do take 2 at once or take them both at separate times

They will usually specify. What medication is it and have you read the leaflet that comes with it? Even if they haven't been prescribed a pharmacist will usually be able to help.

Most of the time any number per day would mean spread evenly through the day. So yes, morning and night for two. Or breakfast, lunch and dinner for three.
