Imperial - Mechanical Engineering

I was wondering if mechanical engineering at Imperial requires any admission tests? Just want to make sure. Also, is the deadline for application on 15th October?

No admissions test I believe and the deadline for that is the one in January

You guys need to take a second to read, the deadline is only October 15th if you're applying to Oxbridge.

No, it's if you're applying to Oxbridge as well as Imperial, not if you're applying to Imperial but not Oxbridge.
