My predicted grades are A* in history, A in economics and C in maths with A* in EPQ (which is on developmental psych). I do have extenuating circumstances, because I'm a young carer and during the exams, my mum left the country for work and i had to look after my 5 year old brother. And I'm worried the C in maths will bring me down, since its my only science subject....

I am really worried i won't be able to get an offer from royal holloway who are my first choice, because i really like the campus and the course overall.
Does anyone know how lenient they are with grades?...
should i email them??

Hi Katfrost4,

I'm sorry to hear your worried!

It may be best to get in contact with our Admissions team about your extenuating circumstances if you haven't already. You can contact them via email: [email protected] or call them on: +44 (0)1784 414944.

Hope this helps,

Philippa
