That is a lot of information. Men can grow up until they're 21, so yes you potentially could still grow. Considering how much effort you've spent into doing things like measuring your hands and feet, I have to say please don't become obsessed with your height. You'll grow if your body decides to grow.

Yeah definitely, just make sure you are doing things to help you grow. Maybe take calcium supplements if your nutrition isn't giving you enough, exercise releases Human Growth Hormone so try to exercise as much as possible. Make sure you're eating enough calories each day, eat plenty of good healthy foods and have a decent amount of protein in your diet. Get around 8 hours of sleep each day. From the height's of your parents, you should have the genetic potential to be taller definitely so just make sure you're doing as much as you can to help your growth (like the stuff I've mentioned). You can easily keep growing till 18-19 and for some people much longer (20-21).

realistically i'd say you're pretty much done at this stage.

You're almost 18. Just accept your height and stop clinging to the fantasy of suddenly having a growth spurt.

most boys stop growing taller by 16 and are fully developed by 18

Please try not to be concerned, it's not really something to be worried about.
