UCAS Qualifications Checked Error

Hi~ My advisor told me that she can't tick the box "qualifications check" for my application, while she can do it for other students. I submitted my application to my school already, and she has approved my application. I don't know why I am the only one she can't tick off, because she knows that every information for my qualifications is correct.

Did anyone encounter the same problem before? Do you possibly know how to solve this? Thank you!
