don't know really. it's not bad but your fat free body weight is a little bit less than my total body weight and im only about 2-5% fat so i guess you could lose a lot. for reference i don't look really skinny/veiny

bmr? effectively the number of calories you'd burn if you stayed in bed all day doing nothing. 1.5k is reasonably high so if you exercised and ate healthily you'd probably find it reasonably easy to lose weight

I never said I wasnt overweight but I find it stupid that people only look to bmi to see if I'm "Obese" when its clear I'm not by looking at muscle mass and overall fat percentage.

fat percentage of 25% is considered overweight. I just about make it normal but that being said I'm definitely overweight. I'm just not OBESE
