spot/pimple on bottom lip

hi i got this spot/pimple on bottom lip, i know its like a pimple because its got the white stuff inside and ive had it for like 4/5days and im dying to get rid of it. Ive never had it before. Its like on my lower lip and its not visible when i am normal but wen i kind of do the kissing movement with my lips you can see it, so you kinda get the idea of where it is? right?
yeah so its so annoying, i tried poping it twice, it worked for like 3/4 hours but came back again. Argh! Please please please help! :frown:

Keep trying to pop it until it's gone. I had one today on my bottom lip, I know it's quite painful on the lip too but just keep on with what you were doing and it'll go eventually.

It's fine, don't worry.

I've been getting them on my top lip due to overuse of chapstick. I use tea tree oil.

if you go with the popping advice, just make sure your hands are clean or it could get infected and hurt / look a lot worse. Also, if it keeps coming back, run the tap until it's super hot (not burning hot, but you get the picture), and wet preferably a cottonwool bud or failing that roll up and make a point in some tissue paper or cottonwool. Hold it on the spot, and it should help it to come out, or open it up more so you can get most of the gunk out.
These are annoying - it will go soon. wash face and put some treatment on spot. It does help to pop it as well

when you say its visible when you do a kissing movement it sounds like a coldsore which I get a lot but.. they don't usually have white stuff in.. hmm. I think yeah.. put some cream on it. Be careful about making it spread if it is a coldsore..

Omg same I use chapstick even when I don't need it i never have dry or chapped lips so I don't know why I use it maybe for moisture now I have one on my bottom lip
Squeezing it can result in the contents being pushed into the surrounding skin, and just making the problem worse, it can also lead to infection and temporary darkening of the skin in that area.

If you resist the urge to squeeze, pimples usually resolve in a week or so without scarring anyway.

Also worth noting that it's advised not to pop spots / pimples in this area of the face:
