So I was wondering whether I can still edit my choices of university of my ucas application after I send it to my referee but before submission??(applying independently)

I'm a bit stuck since one of the universities which I prefer is has not replied to my query, so I'm unsure whether to put them vs another uni which I'm not too keen on, but my referee wants me to send my application for reference today. So i want to know whether the choice of uni can be changed after sending it for reference?

U don’t need to choose a fifth uni at mo as it can be added later but referee can send appl back to u for any changes before sending it.
