Isn't that too long tho? Isn't there any one year courses with which you can move to medicine?
What grades do you think you'll end up realistically getting? If you end up getting A or A* grades, then you could apply after taking a gap year. If, however, you think you're going to get C grades or lower, then I might reconsider Medicine... It's much, much harder than A levels, so if you're not able to get at least A grades in A levels, then it's rather unlikely that you'll be able to even cope with the minimum work required for a degree in Medicine.

Not a hope with CCC, honestly.

Either look at something like Paramedic, Nursing etc, OR work your socks off for better grades and apply next year.

Yes - its called Access to HE.
But you will still need top grades, and at the moment there is no evidence that you have the ability for that.
