Why do guys ALWAYS lose interest in me quickly?

I’ve been talking to this guy for a week and it was going really well, he would call text etc. Text me good morning good night all of that. The last two days he’s been very distant and texting back hours later, doesn’t call or has been giving really cold replies. I’m so confused because just a few days ago he seemed really interested. This almost ALWAYS happens to me when I’m talking to a guy. They are interested at first but so quickly lose interest. I’m not sure why, because we seem to get along really really well too. I hate this feeling because it makes me feel like there’s something wrong with me?

I'm in a similar boat, the girl I was/am in a relationship in has stopped all those good mornings and good nights she used to send.

We agreed to slow down but miss all those from her.
