Well if both parents are fit, then isn't it up to the kids or something? I'm not a law student so I have no idea but that makes sense to me.

Nope, it's not upto the kids if they're young. I don't know about if the judge might take the childs wishes into consideration if they're older though as I think this might happen In some American states but haven't seen it here.

It used to be that males automatically had rights to the child. I remember watching some film on the suffragettes and noticed in the film when the guy threw out his wife, he kept the child and she couldn't do anything about it. I don't know if it was due to feminism, but since that time at some point the law has changed.

Women have gained a lot of power in the last 100 yrs.......

I was sort of trolling because having shorter queues is not that superior.
But still, it is doesn't suck for women that go with the flow (actually, it is good, similar to anywhere). But it can be a nightmare for the rebellious ones.

You're just shallow, really. Which is OK, as long as you don't genuinely think that it means that the benchmarks you've mentioned are all that 'superior' means or even that any of those benchmarks should matter to certain less aesthetically lauded, less well paid, huge geniuses.
