I want to study at UCD, I was born and have only ever lived in England but have an Irish passport. Will I still count as an EU citizen after Brexit?

You wouldn’t need an Irish passport. Ireland is one country that the UK had freedom of movement with before either country joined the EU https://www.citizensinformation.ie/e...nd_the_uk.html

SFE don’t fund study in Ireland though. You need to research whether you would be eligible for any funding from the Irish government.
