Hey guys,

I basically need a bit of reassurance in regards to E&M at Oxford. I'm not too sure what I want to do after undergrad, whether its going into banking/consulting or possibly going into a masters/PhD program to become an economist in the future. I know the E&M degree at Oxford would make me pretty employable as a banker/consultant, but I'm not sure how great it would be if I wanted to pursue graduate studies till maybe a PhD level.

I used to be super invested in getting into E&M at Oxford, but now my interest is starting to wane a little bit. Essentially all I'm asking for is confirmation, because I'm starting to lose motivation to revise for the TSA test.

Thank you!

Surprised no-one answered this. Don't worry, it's great for either of those routes you suggest as well as many others (public sector, for example). Where does this worry come from?

Well, think about it, the tutors and professors who will be teaching you probably did a similar route, and then got PhDs as well.
