My brother has curly hair and he does not prefer the use of chemicals as they can harm the beauty of curly hairs.

i have 3c curly hair. i use the hair gum to keep the frizz at bay. i use my fingers to brush my hair or else my hair will look like a real mess. i use this curly hair product sometimes that is called baby girl curls by auntie jackie. and i use any shampoo and conditioner my mum buys. i put tons of conditioner and tons of olive oil in my head. you need moisture in it.

What i do is. Wash my hair every day. With conditioner
Shampoo every 3 days. And finger brush or comb will make my hair super frizzy. Apply cantu curl activator and my hair curls. But it drys out by end of the day around 4. I also would like it to hang. Been growing it for a year lmao.

I added in this coconut oil i got. It didnt add volume as it said. Ill try add it b4 the cantu.

I also have a leave in conditioner but rarely ise it bc it does define my curls.

My hairs also 3c i think. But im a guy

the cantu curling cream absolutely sucks! it makes your hair hard af after a couple of hours. yeah keep growing it out but don’t use products that dry out your hair. with our type, we need as much moisture to restore our god given curls.

use olive oil instead of coconut oil. i mean idk if coconut oil grows out hair but it dries it out.

which conditioner do you use?

Tresemme condit. Its the one my mom gets and idk any other lmao
Ye my hair gets dry after like 3 hrs lmao it sucks.

Imma try leave in tomrrow then john frieda mousse. Eco gel is alright but my hair gets sticky.

U recommend any other curling creams?
Ill try oluve oil. Should i add oil before or after the creams/products?

im not sure if type of curls has anything to do with it but my bf and brother both have like softer curls and they use Cantu

Idk if more rougher curls would be suitable for the same product but yeahhh

I thought this was going to be a thread fangirling over curly haired guys then, I'm disappointed.

My flatmate has curly hair and he always insists on using my John Frieda shampoo/conditioners (even though he has his own) and he usually has fairly nice hair so I'm guessing it must do something. 😂
