Hey! So I’m in yr 12 doing BTEC law not the best subject I know (predicted D*) English combined (B) and Sociology (B)
At uni I’d like to study either law and become a lawyer or Sociology and History to become a teacher but I don’t have A level history.
Do I have a chance of getting into a uni? Should I apply for law next year? Thanks!

I'm afraid that at the better Uni's they might want A level history. Also, some of the top Uni's may not accept Btec law, so look into that. It's kinda like a degree in physics, you need to have a strong grasp on it at GCSE and A level. Also, in my sixth form, we are unable to take A level history or Geog without having studied it at GCSE. Just keep looking though you'll find something. Good luck
