Midnight sesh.

Bench:
110 5*10

5th set was meant to be amrap but wasn't feeling good so stuck on 10. Been 2/3 weeks since ive benched and tend to lose bench strength quick...comes back quick though thankfully.

Not fun at all.


Gym date tomorrow 💪 OHP for me and squats for her 👀👀👀
Srict OHP....1.5 hours sleep (my excuse for the following)

70*20 @8 really wanted 25 again like last week on 60 but hey ho

Went well thanks! Couple more sessions this week and then going to Miller and Carter Saturday. 💪 not been before but heard they do pretty good steak

It's very good.
Bench today... was planned for Saturday but gym date was doing bench so swapped it around.

Had 130 5*10 planned (Did 110 5*10 last week so a big jump)

Instead I did:
130*10
130*10
120*10
120*10
120*10

The 120 felt just as hard as the 130.....hit a wall at 7 reps.on each set. Think its just my endurance letting me down.

Friend did 62.5 for 5 singles

Deadlifts tomorrow
215 - 5*10...... 10 reps is fine for me on deads so should be okay

215 4 sets of 10....

Lower back pump was stupidly painful I couldn't pull anymore so missed 5th set.

Going back later after strongman on TV to finish my accessories.

Felt awesome. Light ish weight so made sure form was solid.

Was quite hard on the 4th and 5th set. No a grinder but just not comfy. Slowly building my OHP up. 110 for few reps be nice by end of cycle.

125 5*10

Just about got 10th rep on last set so worked out well.

Deadlifts today.

205 5*10. (5th set felt the best)

Midway through I got sent the events for qualifier comp in February. Gave me the motivation, really need to push it now.

Never done axel FTO....or sandbag carry/drags (one sesh carrying a sandbag) and the yoke and farmers are heavier than I've done but I'm still confident il smash it with the time I've got.

Deload week.

Apart from Saturday when il try the events for comp in Feb.
Back to it 💪 hit a pretty easy 120kg log PB Saturday. Unplanned and not trained log in month or so. But soemone asked me what my log PB was and so I said id show them 😂

Squats today.
150, 160, 170, 180kg * 10 reps each.

Felt very nice.

99.5kg this morning. Weights going up since im hitting 5000-5500 cals eaxh day. 5550 today after evening oats. 💪🤙

Minds set on the win in Feb so can take May easy and focus on finals in September.

I'd just eaten there too, belly doesn't usually stick out so much.

Although I'm trying to grow one to help with log and axle press ! Finally hit 100kg bodyweight this morning.
