Gahhhh!

Today I have a lecture from 9:30-11:30
Seminar from 11:30-13:30

Like I don’t mind but there’s not even a gap in between lmao... do you think the lecturer would mind if I leave 5 mins early to get to the seminar? It’s in a different building and I might also need a toilet break after a 2 hour lecture...

I just don’t want to look rude...

At my uni, there was an unwritten rule that lectures and seminars finished and started 5 mins either side of the written time (e.g. finish at 1125, start at 1135) so hopefully they’ll leave some time for you to get between the two. However, it might be worth dropping the seminar tutor an email, just to let them know you may be late because of the lecture - that way, they don’t think you were just lazy or late of your own accord!

you'll be fine, if you finish on time at the first you won't be the only one moving between, it's not a big problem to be 5 mins late just sit down quietly and don't interrupt
