Civil service fast stream 2019/2020 deadlines

I want to apply for the civil service fast stream. I know that the deadline is the 24th october 2019. Is this the deadline for the completion of the application form only? Or are participant's expected to have completed the online tests by then also?

I believe it's just the application form. Once you submit the application form, you have 5 days to complete the online testing. As you get further through the process, more tests and tasks unlock. I'd recommend you get your application in BEFORE the deadline though. Good luck!
