Would employer looks down on me , if they saw i have a degree on Informatics or data science or games programming instead of Computer Science??
I looked through the modules , entry requirement and all the aspects is very high standard which is very similar and not easier than a Computer Science that is offered in the same institution. But my parent wanted a Computer Science because of the title in the name as employer look for these rather than anything else in the technology areas?
If you are looking at 3 different specialised courses plus Computer Science then it looks like you really don't know what you want to do. Your best option would probably be Computer Science which from a job perspective would open more doors. Personally if I was looking to do a CS course I would definitely be looking at a course with a year in industry or a degree apprenticeship, like this - https://www.birmingham.ac.uk/undergraduate/courses/computer-science/computer-science-pwc.aspx

I just found out CS have quite a lot of programming and theory-based (maths). I want to do Data science/informatics as they only have database modules and little programming - which is more into business area?
I am sure getting a 1st in Data Science at Warwick University shouldn't put me under than a Computer Science degree in other University?

If you prefer Maths to programming then Data Science may be best for you. The course is effectively a combination of Maths, Statistics and Computer Science.
Are you sure? Looking at dmu, it have pretty strong programming and artificial Intelligence modules. Plus mobile app development compared to other computer science courses and game .
