So i was thinking about studying medicine in charles university as an international student, and i am wondering what happens after graduation. do I start specialising right away even though i am an international student.

Once you graduate its like any other uni, You get your certificate and you now have a degree in "X". Your uni may have helped you during your course with placements etc. but after you got your degree its pretty much up to you what you want to do.

You would need to research how the Czech Republic decide on their allocation of jobs post qualification. In many countries, non-home/EU applicants are considered in a separate pool to home/EU with different rules and selection processes for their medical training programmes
you can definitely work in the czech republic but the wages are so bad here for doctors , so if you are thinking of working in the eu its pretty easy if u get the hang of the language of the country you wanna go to
