Which one of the following is a constitutional convention in the UK?

1) Ministers cannot be held responsible for failures in their department
2) Ministers can be forced to resign only by the Prime Minister
3) The Prime Minister must be a member if the House if Lords
4) The Monarch must personally sign a Bill before it becomes an Act if Parliament

I thought it was D initially as the monarch has to approve the bill. But then I was put off as it said “MUST personally sign” 😭

I bloody hate multiple choice especially for a subject like law, out of the four I'd go for d too but you are correct I don't think they have to sign it personally, it can be someone appointed by the monarchy to do so but their names escape me.
