GCSEs good enough for medicine?

I got 8/9 in everything except maths GCSE, where I got a 7. Will I still be able to get offers from medical schools or will I realistically have no chance of gaining offers without an 8? (I know that most medical schools require a minimum of a 6 in maths but do only those with at least an 8 in maths likely get offers?)
they care more about A-Levels

@maddyjm02 @Tela but are my GCSE grades good enough to apply for medical schools which are gcse heavy?

just check the requirements, if it says you need 7s and higher you’re fine. again, it’s about A-Levels. They want to know you have the basic knowledge, they’re not going to take one person over the other because they did better in maths GCSE
