Those who are taking the Further Pure 1 module for Further Maths. Can I ask are you learning all the equations for normals and tangents to conics or are you deriving them from scratch each time?

I did fp1 last year and im pretty sure you don't need to prove the differentials for AS, although I'm unsure.
