What areas of the NHS are you interested in working in?

Have you considered apprenticeships? Obviously if you're dead set on going to uni then that's great, but the NHS do offer a wide variety of apprentiships that might be worth a look at.

To be a psychiatrist, you need to study medicine. You could look into mental health nursing or counselling.

A psychiatrist is a type of doctor, so you would need to do a medical degree for this. However, if you are interested in mental health, you could consider becoming a mental health nurse or training as a counsellor.

Other healthcare degrees include: Nursing, Midwifery, Paramedic Science, Radiology, Dentistry, Biomedicine, Pharmacy, Physiotherapy- although there are others!
