Cambridge SAQ transcript

So I sent off my SAQ without a transcript, but now I'm wondering if I did need to send one...
I am on a gap year after completing my A levels, so I took my GCSEs in summer 2017. The SAQ says you DON'T need to sent a transcript if you took your GCSEs in the past 3 years. In this case, I took my GCSEs in the past 3 calendar years, but NOT the past 3 academic years (as this year just started would be the 4th academic year...)
I emailed admissions to ask but didn't get a clear response.
Do I need to send a transcript??

(Or do I need to stop overthinking)

There's a flowchart on the website, that should tell you if you needed to send a transcript or not. I don't remember for certain, but it should all be there.

That's the trouble, the flowchart states you don't need to submit a transcript if 'you have taken six or more IGCSEs/GCSEs, or five or more Scottish National Qualifications in the last three years'
I assumed that meant calendar years, as opposed to academic?
