for ocr, there is a fair amount, nothing too hard really though. if you struggle with maths there is support and ways to do equatuions but ideally you should be comfortable with maths.

For what level of chemistry? GCSE? A-level? Degree level?

yeh, equations, rearranging them and using multiple to reach an endpoint. Conversion is also a large part.

Yes u need to be able to do calculations and have a good understand of logs and gradients from graphs.
