so I've been wondering for some time about this: 1.)should I make a timetable now to stick to with all my subjects and make revision for them starting from the start.
or
2.) just look through tests/ work and pick out things I don't understand or haven't learnt yet and make revision for them
thanks
also what are you doing? if you are doing gces 2020 I'd love to know what like stuff you do atm

Hi,
By doing number one you are giving yourself time constraints, which might not be helpful to you in the long run. Remember it's only October so try to pace yourself, you don't want to burn out before the exams.
Number 2 does sound good like someone else mentioned consolidation is a great way to start. When you make revision resources don't overwhelm yourself, break it up and don't write everything from that revision page - it will make zero sense later on.
It might be worth starting on some practice papers as well as general revision/studying once you know the content fully.

I made a timetable for myself, but I never stuck to it in GCSEs. If I was you, I would go through the specifications in your subjects (especially in Science). As teachers generally teach content that is not relevant, so by following the specification you can cut out all irrelevant information and save yourself time (and also be ahead)! I did my GCSEs last year, and flash cards was the best method- so I would recommend using flashcards the most
