I'll be an external student and my tutor said that they cannot provide them for me?
What do I do.

Applying as an individual section in link.

Either negotiate with your referee or you can get private testing for them at a test centre. I think I would go for the referee as they are likely to be more lenient although they will have less credibility.

I think you should talk to your tutor and try to get the predicteds done, because predicteds are a really important part of your overall application

Predicted grades are optional because most universities do not use them. Lots of applicants don’t have predicted grades and universities know that they can’t rely on predicted grades to be reliable.

Contact your universities and ask if it will be a problem for them and what they do if you apply without predictions.
