I've called SFE on multiple occasions regarding the communication from themselves and the university I am attending for my postgraduate. Both sides have spoken and have verbally confirmed my attendance but does not show on the system.

I began in October and recently updated that the error with my application began early September with the confirmation of my attendance from my university to SFE and is still being fixed to this day-- forcing me to go over my budget since I am living in London with no additional support.

I have a couple of questions...

1) I understand SFE is busy with various applications and other students to assist, but the error on the system regarding the application from SFE's side has been going for over 6 weeks and was wondering exactly how the support team deal with errors like this? Because I get no update other than "they're working on it as we speak" which doesn't really help me understand the situation any better.

2) The issue has come from SFE's system with my application, and forcing me to go over my budget. I will be asking the university to assist in a hardship fund BUT, with the fault laying with SFE and their system and lack of communication and updates, are there any reimbursements SFE can offer due to the error that has occurred? Since I have run into my savings and gone into my overdraft to accommodate London living, it seems only right, but would like clarification on this.

My rent is due next week and unfortunately do not have the funds to pay for the coming month.

Thank you for your time.
