[Matrices] System of equations

I have these system of equations:

I have made the augmented matrix from the system of equations and I am trying to transform it into row echelon form.
I have applied these 9 row operations and I get this which I have checked online to be wrong.

Key: M => Multiply, A => Add
R1, R2, R3 => Row 1, Row 2 Row 3 respectively.
Where have I gone wrong? Any help is appreciated thanks

How can we tell? Even if we went through all those operations and arrived at a different answer, there's still no way of knowing at what stage it differed from yours.

Ans is -1,4,2.

You could check at each stage and see if the known answer - see previous post - satisfies the current state of the augmented matrix, and that will tell you where you've made any arithmetic slip.
