Calibration Curve in A-Level Biology Practical
For the third compulsory practical (for AQA) we are required to draw a calibration curve. What exactly is it? And also what results do you use to make one? We only measured the concentration of sucrose and percentage change in mass. I think you need to use a dilution series and a colorimeter but we didn’t do that, is there any other way?
