Starch:
Insoluble - good for storage in cytoplasm as it doesn’t affect the water potential of the cell
Compact - good for storage

Glycogen:
Highly branched - allows rapid release of glucose for energy and there are multiple ‘ends’ when the enzyme can bind to

Cellulose:
Many straight beta glucose chains held by cross linking hydrogen bonds forming microfibrils, this makes cellulose very strong and suitable for building cell walls that can withstand osmotic pressure

The question essentially wants you to name structural properties of the polysaccharides and explain why these features help them to be suited to doing their job
Hope this helped
