What, as in a transfer onto the same or different course at another institution? Yes, but you would need to do more than 'pass'. The receiving institution would want to see you working at the high 2i/I level usually. Depending on the course you're transferring to, the receiving institution might have other requirements such as A levels in certain subjects/grades as well as the first-year undegrad result.
