Many people think only A-levels can get you into uni, but it is not true. MAny big uni's now accept BTEC. I have Witnessed myself, people who did all A-levels were having trouble to get into uni than people with BTEC

totally agree, on UCAS and WhichUniversity websites there is a plethora of information on how to access university through BTECs!

BTEC is an underrated qualification and needs more recognition because it is valid and equally impressive as A-levels

Just be aware that for many courses universities require an A level in addition to BTEC. Usually it is Maths or sometimes Chemistry required. The actual subject of the BTEC is also sometimes very important.
