If you look on the Student Finance website, it says you aren't eligible for the Masters' loan if you already hold a 'masters-qualification or equivalent' and specifically not if it's an integrated one either.

'You will not be eligible for a Postgraduate Master’s Loan if your course is:

integrated with an undergraduate degree
integrated with a doctoral degree'

Yes, that's correct. Based on this, you won't be eligible for the Postgraduate Loan, unfortunately.
