Probably project management.
Construction project management is more nuanced.
I also suspect if you do project management you could still manage construction projects.
But that is just my uninformed opinion.

Hello,
I’m my opinion, I think MSc project management gives you an edge as you are able to also handle construction projects, however with MSc construction Project Management you are specialising in one field. Really depends on what you are looking for.
