Okay so I just went to do my circuit training and I just could not find the energy to do it. I felt so sluggish and like none of my muscles were working properly or fast enough. I havent done it in a while but I barely got past the warm-up when I just stopped and gave up :eek:


This is really unlike me, normally I get into it and push myself harder and harder.


any thoughts?

Have you changed your diet, exercise or resting drastically recently? Feeling ill?

the only thing thats really changed is that ive gone on the pill, and ive done a bit less exercise as have had less time. Ive cleaned up my eating if anything (although am probably eating less calories?) and im having my main meal earlier (around 6ish) as opposed to the 10/11pm it used to be.

Take what you can, if anything from the day. Then forget about it. Move onto the next workout

Try a black coffee or some caffine pills before a workout, it will give you that boost you need before a workout
