Newcastle Accommodation

Hi, I was just wondering if anyone if looking for accommodation in Newcastle or knows of someone who is looking for any?
I live in Liberty Quay on Stepney Lane in a 6 person flat, however unfortunately I am having to drop out of uni which means I have no use of my accommodation so am looking for someone to take over my tenancy lease.
My flat is 10 minutes away from Northumbria and probably 15 from Newcastle Uni. Its a private accommodation with many Northumbria, Newcastle Uni, and Newcastle college students.
My flat is £125 a week however its ensuite, with a double bed and is a huge room. It also has a fridge (No one can steal your food!) and a TV(with TV license) included in the price so its quite a bargain. It is a really spacious room to be fair.
The complex is also very secure, with locked gates and 24 security. It also has an on site gym that is no extra charge.
I really need someone to take it over so if you are interested or know of anyone who's interested let me know!!
