I have a very bad sleeping routine... I go to sleep between 2 and past 3. An ´early night´for me is somewhere around 1.30. My classes normally start at 10 or 11, but I wake up very tired, and on a free day, I sleep until 1pm. I really need to change this! I´m at university, and I don´t want my poor routine to effect my studies.

Make yourself an evening routine and stick to it. Research about sleep hygiene. Make sure youre in bed by 10 or so. Etc.
