similar to the other thread about a different book, which got shot down by tsr-ers, what do you think about this one?

http://www.yourmedicalcareer.com/home.html

i have a feeling that you guys have the same opinions of this one too, but i'm just getting really worreid about the competition for jobs and how hard it is to get the one you want...i feel like i need to have all the help i can get.

however, it's prbably mugs like me that help this dr agha get rich. reading his biography of his achievements on that website though makes me feel very impressed, but very jealous and also a bit worried for me.

Looking through the chap's biography. It's clear he's been good at playing the system for the sake of his CV (3 of his papers were published by the journal he started and edits for example). He's not done anything revolutionary. Studied hard, written a few papers, entered into every prize he could, worked through his summers... if you need someone to tell you that'll get you ahead, buy it. If you realise this already, it's probably not gonna tell you anything new.
