I have tried them. I just cannot find two consequences. my textbook goes through it very briefly

Have you looked at additional revision resources? Such as bitesize or Seneca perhaps :smile:

Then look on google. You arent the first student who has studied the cuban missile crisis.
A quick google reveals multiple articles all looking at consequences.
They are the events after which flowed from the event.
You are looking hard enough, just enter the name + consequences and there you go. You need to get used to finding information and doing minimal research. Consequences are just a common sense interpretation of subsequent events.
