More information is needed. Are you looking for the political or social mechanisms by which powerful interests enact favourable laws? Are you looking for specific examples of laws that benefit the rich? Are you doing some weird conceptual/'inherency' analysis of the concept of law?

Yes it is about powerful people like the government therefore I have to talk about social constructionism
